Using ZAD services
These Terms govern use of the ZAD Foundation Tanzania website, learner accounts, program requests, face-to-face programs, downloadable materials, media resources and related support services.
Accounts and responsibility
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify ZAD if you suspect unauthorised access.
Programs, schedules and materials
Programs may be offered face-to-face, through scheduled programs, or through downloadable materials made available on the website. Program dates, venues, capacity, educators, materials and program structure may change where operationally necessary.
Orders and enrolment confirmation
Submitting a program request does not guarantee a place until ZAD verifies course availability and payment requirements. ZAD may cancel or review orders that appear incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent or inconsistent with course rules.
Payments
Payments must follow the instructions shown during checkout or provided by authorised ZAD staff. Payment references must be genuine and may be manually verified before program access or enrolment is confirmed. Card payments require a connected compliant provider before activation.
Downloads and acceptable use
program handouts, downloads, recordings or other learning materials are for registered learners only unless ZAD gives written permission. Materials may not be copied, sold, redistributed, uploaded elsewhere or used in a way that harms educators, learners or the Foundation.
Cancellations, transfers and refunds
Refunds, transfers or cancellations depend on the specific program policy, timing, payment status and whether materials or services have already been provided. Contact ZAD promptly if you need help with an order.
System security
You may not attempt to bypass login controls, manipulate payment workflows, submit false payment references, overload the system, scrape private data, upload malicious files or access staff-only areas. ZAD may suspend accounts or block activity that threatens the system or users.
